Do What You Love, Love What You Do"

"Do what you love, Love what you do". We hear it all the time and I truly believe it.
As career artists, we must love what we do to compete in the business world. Clients want to see our passion in our work, they want to know that we believe in ourselves and our talents.
When working with clients, I must know where I'm coming from and who I am, before I can expect my clients to trust me with their photography needs. Being photographed is a very intimate process. Whether it's a 30 minute portrait session, a day long lifestyle session, or a full weekend wedding celebration, you are inviting me to witness a part of your life.
Without trust between me as your photographer and you, the client, the images become nothing more than mere documentation. I BELIEVE YOU DESERVE MORE.

TIPS AND BELIEFS FOR A BEAUTIFUL PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE:

*I believe in essay style images that tell a story, not just document what you look like.
*Do what you love and all things work out in the end.
*Life is too short to not have fun everyday.
*When you focus on your loves ones, even the most un-photogenic person becomes beautiful.
*Being photographed is a team effort between you and your photographer.
*If you let go of the picture-taking process, the process becomes easy.
*Everyone deserves amazing images of their newborn baby, their family, and their life celebrations.
*Remember..."You get what you pay for".
*A crying baby is just as picture perfect as a smiling one.
*I believe an image of a child's hand in another's can be more powerful than seeing their faces.
